Savon Sanomat



Savon Sanomat was founded in 1907 as the party mouthpiece and election newspaper of the Agrarian League, the precursor to the Centre Party. Today it is independent. Its publisher is Keskisuomalainen, which also publishes several other small provincial and local newspapers. Its editorial department works in close cooperation with the regional papers Ilkka, Karjalainen, Pohjalainen and Keskisuomalainen.
