Süddeutsche Zeitung

Süddeutsche Zeitung is Germany's most popular subscription newspaper. It was one of the first leading quality newspapers to discontinue its online comments function, replacing it with an opinion forum in order to deter trolls and raise the quality of debate. Together with public broadcaster NDR, the SZ founded an investigative research network in 2011, which WDR also joined in 2014.
