The singer Joan Manuel Serrat takes up Catalan again

"Reaching a certain age offers some advantages. Among others, it offers an artist the freedom to do what he wants. Like an album in Catalan, for example," explains Ana Maria Davila, who attended the press conference on Tuesday, April 18 given by the Spanish singer Joan Manuel Serrat during which the latter presented his latest album, entitled 'Mô'. His last songs written in this language date back to 1989. "I made this album for personal reasons related to the human being and which have nothing to do with the laws of the market," explained the singer, who is not afraid of alienating some of his fans. "If my work allows me to build bridges, this is fantastic. ... Phobias come and go, they are always the fruit of ignorance."
