Exodus to Europe: Hopefully Poles will vote against migrants

According to a current survey carried out by TNS Infratest, the national conservative PiS party could win Sunday's parliamentary elections with 32.5 percent of the vote. The governing PO will come in second at 26.3 percent, the poll predicts. Matthew Tyrmand expresses his delight in the conservative daily Super Express: "For me the refugee crisis and the strong Polish resistance to Brussels' refugee quotas are proof that the Polish shift to the right is a good thing. ... Luckily the Poles are now turning to the conservatives, who represent the only rational political philosophy. They're the only ones in this country who can solve the problems caused by generations of childish left-wing elites in Europe. Those egoistic, short-sighted and corrupt ideologues are threatening Europe's economy, society, laws and national sovereignty."
