Kaczyński parts with his loquaciuos party colleague

Jarosław Kaczyński, leader of the national-conservative opposition party PIS in Poland, has relieved Elżbieta Jakubiak, who managed his failed presidential election campaign, of her duties. Joanna Szczęsna of the liberal daily Gazeta Wyborcza says she can understand why "because I have heard what a hard blow she dealt Jarosław Kaczyński - during a television interview! I can't remember what exactly the journalist asked her but I do know what her answer was: that Kaczyński was in a difficult mental state because he somehow blamed himself for the death of his brother. ... Quite honestly I can understand why she was sacked. He revealed some of his private issues to the MP and she put him on the couch in front of a television audience."
